David andrew lacy
David Andrew Lacy was born in Jackson, TN on November 13, 1981. He is the son of Phillip
and Ellen Lacy. He was educated in the Jackson-Madison County School System and graduated
from Lambuth University in 2005 with a B.S. in Mathematics. He earned a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2009. He is the owner of Lacy’s
1 st Choice Locksmith, LLC, where he worked with his dad for many years and has the title
Certified Registered Locksmith. David is a fourth-degree black belt in the American Taekwondo
Association. He has served as Madison County Constable since 2023 and was appointed
Sargeant at Arms for the Western District of the TN Constables Association in 2024. He also
serves as the training coordinator in West TN.
He married Olivia Ramirez in 2007. They have a daughter (Jasmine Alejandra) and a son
(Phillip Antonio). David and his family attend Northside Church in Jackson.
Brother Lacy, a fourth generation Mason, was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason in
St. Johns’ Lodge #332 on June 27, 2005, and served as Worshipful Master in 2009 and 2013. He
received the PM degree in 2009 and is currently serving as SD in the West TN Past Masters
Association. Brother Lacy serves as a trustee and is the chairman of the Scholarship Committee
at his Lodge. He has served as Secretary of his Lodge since 2023 and was named Mason of the
Year in 2025. He is an honorary member of Constantine Lodge #64 and Selmer Lodge #338. In
the Grand Lodge, he served as Grand Sword Bearer in 2012, District Deputy Chairman for
District 4 for several years, and as Grand Lecturer of District 4 since 2018. He served on the
Grand Lodge Education Committee and is the Grand Representative to Puerto Rico.
Companion Lacy was exalted in Clinton Chapter #9, at Jackson, in October 2006, and served as
High Priest in 2009. He received the Order of High Priesthood in 2009 and currently serves as
Excellent Vice President. He transferred to Stone Fort Chapter #62 in 2021 and is also a plural
member of Jack Barnes, Sr. Chapter #77 in Selmer. In the Grand Chapter, he served as Grand
Master of the Second Veil in 2011 and is the Grand Representative to Arizona. He was awarded
the Grand Chapter Distinguished Service Award in 2017.
Companion Lacy was greeted in Jackson Council #13, at Jackson, in October 2006, and served
as Illustrious Master in 2008. He received the Order of the Silver Trowel in 2008 and was
elected Illustrious King in 2025. He transferred to Tullahoma Council #102 in 2021. He is a
plural member of Marshall Horn Council #141 in Selmer and was honored to serve as its’ first
Illustrious Master. He is also an honorary member of several of the subordinate Councils in TN.
In the Grand Council, he served on the Ritual Committee, is currently serving on the
Dispensations and Bylaws Committee and is the Grand Representative to South Dakota. He was
elected Right Illustrious Grand Principal Conductor of the Work on March 21, 2016 and
progressed each year being elected Most Illustrious Grand Master, Cryptic Masons of Tennessee
on March 26, 2018.
Sir Knight Lacy was Knighted in Jackson Commandery #13, at Jackson, in October 2006, and
served as Eminent Commander in 2009. He received the Knight Crusader of the Cross in 2009
and was elected Knight Crusader of the East in 2018. He transferred to Manchester
Commandery #40 in 2021. He is also a plural member of Paris Commandery #16 and Phillip
Lacy Commandery #46 and was honored to serve as its’ first Eminent Commander. He is a
member of the Grand Master’s Club of the Knights Templar Eye Foundation. In the Grand
Commandery, he served as Grand Sword Bearer in 2011 and on the Ritual, Membership and
Finance/Accounting Committees. He was awarded the Knight Templar Cross of Honor in 2025.
He received the Scottish Rite degrees in the Valley of Memphis in 2006 and was decorated a
Knight Commander of the Court of Honor in 2011. He is a life member of the Valley of
Memphis, served on the Memphis Scottish Rite Foundation Board and was degree master of the
9th degree for several years.
